Terms & Conditions — Know the Rules

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the 6xis website accessible at https://6xis.io, including all pages, features, betting markets, casino games, account management tools, and payment services made available thereon.
• "6xis", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the Platform.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated virtual balance associated with a Player's Account, used to place bets, fund casino gameplay, and receive winnings and withdrawals.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which the Wallet operates.
• "Eligible Payment Method" means bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank transfer service listed on the Platform's deposit and withdrawal pages.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by 6xis subject to separate bonus terms.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game outcome, or other market offered on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 9 of these Terms.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold an Account, contact our support team at [email protected] to request account closure.

To register an Account and use the Platform you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 6xis strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity as a gambler where such activity conflicts with applicable law.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, consultant, or agent of 6xis, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. Opening or attempting to open multiple Accounts, whether using the same or different personal information, payment methods, or devices, is a breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your Account details promptly if they change. 6xis is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use will be attributed to you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 6xis immediately at [email protected].

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

6xis operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedure. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6xis accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Eligible Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers through Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

5.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to appear depending on the originating institution. 6xis does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to mobile money accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within one to six hours of request submission during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within four to twelve hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high platform load, public holidays, or where KYC verification is outstanding.

5.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible. 6xis reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal and to delay or decline a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All Bets are subject to acceptance by 6xis. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any Bet at our sole discretion, including without limitation where we have reason to believe that a Bet has been placed in connection with match-fixing, insider information, or any form of Prohibited Conduct.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to a Bet being confirmed. The odds at which a Bet is confirmed are those applicable at the moment the Bet is accepted by the system. 6xis provides live and pre-match odds for cricket events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, as well as other sports markets made available from time to time.

6.3 Bet Settlement

Bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for each market as published on the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity, the decision of 6xis shall be final and binding. Winnings are credited to your Wallet promptly upon settlement. 6xis reserves the right to withhold settlement pending investigation where Prohibited Conduct is suspected.

6.4 Casino Games

All casino games available on the Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, RNG games, and instant-win titles — are provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are governed by audited random number generators. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is disclosed in its information panel. 6xis does not modify provider RTP settings.

6.5 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or manifest pricing error, 6xis reserves the right to void affected Bets and return stakes to Player Wallets. Winnings arising from an obvious error are not valid and will not be paid. Players who exploit a known error or malfunction will be considered to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct.

6xis may from time to time offer Bonuses to eligible Players. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated in the corresponding promotion. The following general conditions apply to all Bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible Players aged 21 and above only.
• Each Player may claim a specific Bonus only once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before Bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• 6xis reserves the right to withdraw or amend any Bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any Player found to be abusing Bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract Bonus value — will have Bonuses forfeited and their Account suspended.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or converted to cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your Wallet.

• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.

The following actions constitute Prohibited Conduct and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to manipulate, fix, or influence the outcome of any sporting event or casino game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner that confers an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity in violation of applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit transaction after funds have been used for wagering.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 6xis staff or other users of the Platform.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 6xis or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gambling activity in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, or distribute Platform content; use any data mining, scraping, or automated data gathering tools on the Platform; or frame or mirror any part of the Platform without our express written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6xis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation losses arising from:

• Interruptions to, or unavailability of, the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failure, or events outside our reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses sustained as a result of gambling activity conducted on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 6xis's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your Wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your Wallet will be returned to you via your registered Eligible Payment Method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification and the settlement of any pending Bets.

6xis reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulatory guidance, or court order;
• We have reason to believe that your Account activity poses a risk of harm to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players;
• Your Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months and holds a zero balance.

Where an Account is closed by 6xis due to a breach of these Terms, any balance associated with Prohibited Conduct may be withheld pending investigation and, where applicable, forfeited.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online gaming and betting services in the jurisdiction in which 6xis is registered. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration institution.

Nothing in this clause limits 6xis's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in order to protect its legitimate business interests.
